Delivery and Refund Policy

  1. We will deliver to the address stated on the Wiltshire Produce order form, on the date that has been specified by Wiltshire Produce.

  2. We aim to keep this delivery day fixed; however, we reserve the right to change it (either temporarily or permanently). We will notify you of any such changes.

  3. It is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements to receive your delivery, and to complete the delivery details section on the order form with instructions for a suitable location where your delivery can be left, as these instructions form part of our contract under the terms and conditions.

  4. Once your delivery instructions have been followed and completed by us, you will be deemed to be in possession of the delivered goods. Where the delivery instructions have been followed, we will not accept any liability for damage to or theft of your goods, nor will we accept liability for any incidents that may arise as a result of such theft or damage.

  5. We cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss where we are unable to deliver to you, or where delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather or vehicle breakdowns).

  6. A refund will be given for all or part of an order which is not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control.

  7. We will refund or exchange goods if the quality of the products ordered is not to an acceptable standard.
